Aesthemed is an Italian company that develops hyaluronic acid fillers. It was founded on the experience of people who spent twenty years in aesthetic medicine, alongside doctors and their patients. And on one certainty: the most advanced result is not added volume. It is naturalness, preserved.
We believe that excellence, in aesthetic medicine, is imperceptible. Achieving it does not take more product: it takes knowing how that product behaves in tissue. This is what rheology studies, and it is where every one of our formulations begins.
Aesthemed is not here to add more fillers to the market. It designs them with a method that starts from research, where the experience of the company's founders meets rheology. Every formulation begins with how the material responds in tissue: its cohesion, its elasticity, the way it integrates. Volume comes later.
This is where Rheolyse comes from, our line of hyaluronic acid medical devices. It is rheology put into practice: formulations with predictable clinical behaviour, calibrated to the area being treated and to the way the face moves and expresses itself.
We start from rheological data, not aesthetic intuition. First we measure the material's behaviour — G', G'', tan δ — then we talk about clinical outcome.
Patient safety comes before everything else. We use hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, obtained by fermentation, which the body recognises and integrates physiologically.
The best result is the one that goes unnoticed. We follow the anatomy of each face and the way it moves, without forcing either.
