02 Anatomical plane · Where it works

Mid dermis
and expressive planes.

Dynamic works where skin is constantly in motion: the mid dermis of the nasolabial folds and the glabellar plane. A gel calibrated to provide cohesive support without compromising facial expressiveness.

03 Rheological profile · Dynamic

Flexible
support.

A gel designed for the highly mobile mid-face planes: a medium G′ for cohesion and hold, and a low tan δ for physiological recoil during expressive movement. Modulated support that accompanies without stiffening.

G
Elastic modulus
100Pa
10200
The gel's ability to hold its shape. An intermediate value: cohesive support without compromising the facial dynamics of the mid planes.
G
Viscous modulus
20Pa
10140
A restrained viscous component. Even distribution in the mid dermis, with no focal accumulation and consistent volume cohesion.
tan δ
Viscoelastic coefficient
0.20
01
Low. It indicates a predominantly elastic behaviour: a return to shape after every expressive movement, with natural integration into dynamic tissue.

04 Indications · Clinical applications

Five territories
of movement.

— 01

Nasolabial folds

Fills the fold while preserving the mobility of the zygomaticus major muscle: modulated support with no rigid effect in motion.

— 02

Glabellar lines

Corrects the vertical lines between the eyebrows on the mid dermal plane, integrating into the tissue of the corrugator muscle.

— 03

Acne scars

Lifts atrophic scar depressions with cohesive support, restoring the continuity of the dermal plane.

— 04

Facial scars

Restores regularity to the facial planes over post-traumatic or post-surgical scarring, with a soft, predictable response.

— 05

Mid-face folds

Restores fullness to the folds of the middle third in patients with moderate depletion, following the dynamics of the smile.

05 Behaviour · How it behaves in tissue

Dynamic does not restrict, it follows. It supports the mid-face planes without limiting their movement, maintaining volume cohesion through every expression.

— Integration

A medium G′ and a restrained G″ ensure even distribution in the mid dermis, with volume cohesion and adaptation to expressive movement without migration.

— Duration

Controlled BDDE cross-linking offers an estimated persistence of 7 to 9 months, depending on the treated area and individual physiology.

— Reversibility

Non-animal hyaluronic acid, fully hyaluronidase-sensitive: the gel can be removed at any time.

07 Protocol · Injection techniques

Three techniques,
one principle: the correct plane.

Technique A

Linear retrograde threading

27G needle · 19 mm · mid dermis

Retrograde threading along the nasolabial fold or glabellar line in the mid dermis. Dose of 0.05–0.1 ml per thread, distributed evenly.

Technique B

Deep boluses

27G needle · 19 mm · deep dermis

Pinpoint boluses at the expressive landmark points for modulated support. Dose of 0.05–0.1 ml per point in highly dynamic areas.

08 Field of action · Outside and inside

The layer that accompanies movement.

Dynamic works in the dynamic anatomical planes, where movement and expression demand elastic cohesion. The continuity perceived at the surface is the result of the flexible support the formulation maintains in the underlying tissue.
