02 Anatomical plane · Where it works

Supraperiosteal
and deep planes.

Deeplift works in the planes that support the facial architecture: the zygomatic supraperiosteal plane, the nasal dorsum, the jawline. A highly structured gel that restores projection and stability where laxity has eroded support.

03 Rheological profile · Deeplift

High G′,
intense structure.

The most structured gel in the Rheolyse line: a G′ at the top of the scale to withstand tissue load, and a low tan δ for stability under pressure and physiological recoil in the supraperiosteal planes.

G
Elastic modulus
200Pa
10200
Maximum ability to resist deformation: Deeplift supports the load of the deep planes and maintains the architecture of the face.
G
Viscous modulus
40Pa
10140
A viscous component proportional to the structure. Bolus cohesion in the deep planes, without lateral migration.
tan δ
Viscoelastic coefficient
0.20
01
Low. It indicates a predominantly elastic behaviour: the gel maintains the geometry of cheekbone and jawline projection over time.

04 Indications · Clinical applications

Five territories
of structure.

— 01

Cheekbone projection

Rebuilds supraperiosteal cheekbone volume to restore the architecture of the midface, recovering lateral projection and height.

— 02

Mandibular border and jawline

Redefines the jawline in patients with lower-face laxity, restoring sharpness to the lateral profile.

— 03

Nasal dorsum and profile

Corrects irregularities of the nasal dorsum with targeted supraperiosteal boluses, for a harmonious profile without surgery.

— 04

Chin and anterior projection

Restores chin volume in retruded profiles, rebalancing the relationship between the midface and the lower face.

— 05

Mandibular angle

Defines the gonial angle in patients with loss of support, restoring structure to the lower face in lateral view.

— 06

Marked facial laxity

Treatment of significant volumetric laxity of the face: a non-surgical lifting approach based on restoring deep support.

05 Behaviour · How it behaves in tissue

Deeplift does not fill, it supports. It rebuilds the apparent bony architecture of the face, restoring projection and stability where age has eroded support.

— Integration

A maximum G′ and a proportional G″ ensure a cohesive, localised bolus at bone contact. The gel stays in place and maintains the geometry of the projection.

— Duration

Controlled BDDE cross-linking offers an estimated persistence of 9 to 11 months, depending on the treated area and individual physiology.

— Reversibility

Non-animal hyaluronic acid, fully hyaluronidase-sensitive: the gel can be removed at any time.

07 Protocol · Injection techniques

Three techniques,
one principle: the correct plane.

Technique A

Supraperiosteal bolus

27G needle · 19 mm · bone contact

Punctate deposit at periosteal contact on zygomatic and mandibular landmarks. Dose of 0.1–0.3 ml per point, perpendicular to the bone.

Technique B

Deep fanning technique

22G cannula · 50 mm · sub-SMAS

Fanned distribution in the deep sub-SMAS planes to rebuild structural support, with a dose of 0.3–0.5 ml per area.

08 Field of action · Outside and inside

The layer that supports the structure.

Deeplift integrates into the deep supporting planes — cheekbones, mandible, periosteum — restoring structural volumes. The recovery of visible morphology reflects the framework re-established in depth.

Inner layer: deep supporting planes where Deeplift works, cheekbone and mandible
Outer layer: facial morphology, cheekbone and jawline contour
