Puresense 64 does not create volume: it stimulates the tissue to rebuild itself. Deposited in the hypodermis and the deep dermis, it activates the response of fibroblasts and adipocytes, re-establishing natural support where age, weight loss or laxity have reduced density and firmness.
Puresense 64 is not a volumising filler: it is linear hyaluronic acid at very high concentration — 64 mg/2 ml — not stabilised by BDDE. Its function is not structural, it is biological: to stimulate the endogenous production of collagen, elastin and HA.
